Shipping

All parcels are shipped via Australia Post, and you can choose between Standard (7-14 days) or Express (1-3 days) shipping.

 Please keep in mind that shipping time is in addition to our current production time of 10 business days.

Kai & I Design is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit. Each item is thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure quality. If your order is damaged during transit, we recommend contacting Australia Post to lodge a claim.
