Refund Policy:
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Please note that, due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges on any custom-made items.

Incorrect Spelling:

Please double-check the spelling of the name when placing your order, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for mistakes, including those caused by auto-correct. However, if the error is on our end, we will send a replacement via express post with the correct spelling.

Damaged Item:

Kai & I Design is not responsible for any damage caused by mishandling or for items lost or damaged during postage. Each item is thoroughly inspected and quality-checked before shipping to ensure it meets our high standards. If your order is damaged in transit, we recommend contacting Australia Post to file a claim.

Gift cards:
All gift cards are non-refundable and are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
